Halfling Project : Update! ( BIG POST! )

Hi there!

I havent been posting for a while BUT I have been working!
I think the project advanced a lot still needs looots of painting.
Enjoy!

First I will start with Swordmen. The unit is STILL not finished. Althought only 10 model left with details + the bases. the bar at the back and most of the models are finished!

Here is the Spearman unit. No you havent seen it yet.
It is undercoated with Mr.Lee's way of 45 degree airbrushing with grey.
Then the greens are also airbrushed, flock is glued (the same grey thing on the first picture) , the the basecoat is also airbrushed with brown.

Here is the Free Company Unit.
Althought it is a 8 rank long unit now, I plan to deploy them as 2 x20 big units.
Flock is done by same technique above.
Painting: darkbrown and light brown airbrushed with highlighting technique. the all the browns are washed with nuln oil.
I want them to be dark/filthy/dirty villagers :)

Here is my biggest core-unit. HALBERDIERS !

These were initially Spearman, but with the help of bits from Alper and Mesut ALL of them are converted to Halberdiers. I think they look pretty solid and scary ( at least for a halfling unit :) )

Here is a brandnew unit : GREATSWORDS !
They are undercoated with the same technique.
All the armor is base-coated to copper and washed with nuln-oil.
I want to make them shiny town-guard with gold / copper armor.
There is a guy in the front rank, Ram rider Hobbit, It will be used as a unit filler or a mounted hero on smt.

These  are all ARCHERS !
I believe they are too many but they were in the pack so I bought them.
I think will be using about 15 - 20 of them and convert the rest to XBOWS or smt.
These are only undercoated with the same technique.

Big Guns ! 2x Cannon and Mortar
Undercoated and basecoated also flocked.

Finally this is my BSB.
the banner is a bit smaller than I thought, but should do the work.
thinking how to make a banner which would not affect the other models and be big enough to be a BSB.
