Hello!
This is one of the projects I'm very exited about it. As I sold my Wood Elves army ,
I was looking into starting a new army. After long hours of searching and being unable to decide,
finally found the perfect army.
Halfling themed
Got my first lot from www.thebattleforge.co.uk/ , Paul was kind enough to offer me free-postage and discount!
The package was over 2,5kg ! So it was split into two.
Here is what it in the 2,5kg:
- 75 Spearmen (hopefully would be converted into Halberdiers!)
- 25 Swordmen
- 25 Villagers
- 36 Archers
- Pony Cart (will be converted to Hurricanum or Altar)
- 2x Canon with crew
- 1x mortar with crew
- 2x Hero/Lords
Additional Items from Ebay.
- Halfling Bar (unit filler)
- 2x Hero/Lords
All based and ready to paint!
So I decided to start painting the swordmen unit, since spearmen is still not converted.
All of the unit is primed with white primer.
Then the some parts of clothes basecoated with Vallejo Gunship Green, then highlighted with Citadel Moot Green using airbrush.
Still long way to go !
