Instant first post :)
Here is a WIP project: Mesut's Leviathan Tervigon. He started paying Tyranids so I decided to help.
First pinned its feet to a huge cork to be able to handle its huge body and basecoated with white.
Then painted its scale with darkened purple and washed its details with druichi violet wash.
Decided to make a difference with the sac.
Washed its scale with black ink and highlighted with purple.
Here is an quick update on the project.
Flesh is basecoated with ungorflesh, then washed with druichi violet wash then drybrushed with skullwhite.
The sac is washed with biel-tan green. Some shades were inked with bloodletter glaze
( not the proper use of a glaze but anyways:) )
Also the hooves where basecoated with celestra grey.
